Overview
The Accord has been part of the Australian market since 1976 - that's nearly 50 years. After a brief absence, the 11th generation returned in 2024 as a hybrid-only offering, competing with the Camry in a shrinking sedan segment.
The Accord arrived in Australia in 1976 as Honda's first mid-size car, establishing the brand as more than just a small-car maker. It was a compact, well-built sedan that offered a level of refinement unusual for its price point. Over the following decades, the Accord became one of Honda Australia's strongest sellers, particularly the 7th generation (CL/CM) which moved over 45,000 units during its run from 2003 to 2007.

Euro R CL1 (Grey Import)
2000-2002
Grey ImportJDM-only performance variant of the 6th gen Accord. Powered by the H22A 2.2L DOHC VTEC engine producing 157kW with a 6-speed manual and Torsen LSD. Brembo brakes and Recaro seats standard. SEV-approved for Australian import. One of Honda's most underrated performance cars.
