The Honda e was Honda's first modern battery electric vehicle a rear-wheel-drive city car with retro styling inspired by the original Civic. Never officially sold in Australia, it is SEV-approved for import. With a 35.5kWh battery, camera mirrors replacing door mirrors, and a five-screen interior, it was a bold statement of intent. Honda discontinued it in 2024.
The Honda e was never officially sold in Australia. It is SEV-approved for import (SEV-000655) for ZAA-ZC7 models built 07/2020 to 07/2024. Grey imports have arrived in small numbers, attracting attention for their unique styling and technology.
