Honda Super-One
Honda's electric future for Australia
Overview
The Super-One is Honda's first electric vehicle for Australia, due in the second half of 2026. Developed from Japanese kei car concepts, it is a tiny, sporty electric hatchback measuring less than 3.6 metres long and 1.6 metres wide. Based on the Honda N-One e: platform but wider and more powerful, it is designed as an agile, quiet, and playful inner-city EV. It will be one of the cheapest cars Honda sells in Australia, positioned below the Civic and likely the HR-V Hybrid.
The Super-One evolved from the Honda Super EV concept first shown at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed. It is essentially a larger, more powerful version of the Honda N-One e:, the electric version of Honda's top-selling Japanese kei car. The near-production Super-One Prototype was revealed at the 2025 Tokyo Mobility Show, and Honda Australia confirmed it for local sale shortly after. It has undergone local testing on Australian roads to ensure ride, handling, charging, and safety systems perform optimally in Australian conditions.
