Honda S660

The S660 has never been officially sold in Australia. It is SEV-approved for import (SEV-000990) for build dates 01/2020 to 03/2022. Enthusiasts who have imported them report it as one of the most rewarding driving experiences available at any price.

The S660 received the Modulo X variant with factory aero and suspension tuning. Honda discontinued it in 2022 citing difficulty meeting future emissions standards with the small-displacement engine.

As a kei car the S660 is restricted to 47kW by Japanese regulations, which limits its appeal to pure driving enthusiasts rather than performance seekers. On Australian roads its light weight and mid-engine balance more than compensate.

The S660 is regarded as one of Honda's greatest modern achievements a pure, lightweight sports car built on minimal resources. It is the closest thing to an old-school Honda sports car produced in the 21st century and values are already climbing.
